How Serious are the Buyers? Part III

If you haven't already read How Serious are the Buyers? and How Serious are the Buyers? Part II, then do so now. If you have, then this is the final article in the series and covers the most serious buyer of all.

Buyers that already have an Agent

The most serious buyer is the buyer that already has an agent. These buyers have committed to buying a home by enlisting the help of a professional. Does this mean that they will have to schedule showings ahead of time rather than just show up like the open house buyers? Yes. Does it mean they will have to get pre-approved by a lender? Yes. Does it mean that they a very likely to buy a house? Yes.

Why don't more buyers elevate themselves to this level? Because they're not serious about buying a home, that's why.

The Lesson to be Learned

Sellers, don't put great hopes on selling your home through an open house.

Buyers, do yourself a favor and get an agent.

Agents, prioritize your time with buyers based on how serious they are.

Great post Troy.  I think one key once you have selected an agent to work with....be LOYAL to that agent.
