In an effort to better serve my sellers I offer an incentive for agents to provide me with feedback after they show a listing of mine. Here's how it works.
On every listing of mine I promote in the agent remarks on the Omaha MLS that they could win a $20 gift card just by providing feedback. When an agent schedules a showing my assistant enters them into HomeFeedback. After the showing HomeFeedback automatically emails the agent a questionnaire. The questionnaire asks if the buyer was interested in the property, what they thought of the condition and price, what they would change, and, for a chance to win a $20 gift card to a local restaurant, what the agent thinks it will sell for. The agent that closest guesses the final sales price wins.
At the end of each month I call the agents that won, and to give them a little recognition I send an email to every agent in my database congratulating them.
