If you've ever had back pain then you know how it can affect everything you do. Even simple things become impossible to do. I recently hurt my lower back and after a few days of waiting for it to get better I realized I needed to see an expert. That's when I went to Powers Chiropractic to see Dr. Cory Powers.

I previously thought all chiropractors were the same. They have you fill out a few forms, ask where it hurts, when the pain started, then they crack your back and send you on your way. What I found at Powers Chiropractic was much different.

First as part of his standard procedure he takes x-rays. I have been to plenty of chiropractors in the past with this same back issue and this is the first time that x-rays were done. Next several scans were done to determine the health and functioning of my nervous system and spine. Afterwards Dr. Powers sat down with me to go through the results in detail. Then after both he and I understood the issues that were causing my pain, he performed spinal adjustments.

Powers Chiropractic On top of all of this, the facilities are top-notch and the waiting room even includes a couple of massage chairs to relax in if you arrive early for your appointment.

Dr. Powers has practiced in Omaha since 1997. Educated at Creighton University and Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, He is a member of the Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association (NCPA), Educating the Public On Chiropractic of Nebraska (EPOC), and the Chiropractic Leadership Alliance (CLA).
