The sale of my listing at 5710 S 158 St in the Autumn Grove subdivision of Omaha closed and Shawn represented the buyer.

Working with a good agent makes my job much easier. Selling real estate is time consuming, but working with good agents makes transactions easier.

Steven wrote an offer on a property I was representing at 4950 S 142 St in Westchester of Millard and the sale just closed.

If it were not for good agents like [AGENT FIRST NAME], then I wouldn't be able to sell over 50 homes a year.

Buyers ask Sellers to Pay Closing Costs

A buyer asking for a seller to pay closing costs is pretty common.

When this happens a seller needs to look at the net price. So whether a buyer offers a price of $200,000 and asks for $5,000 in closing costs or just offers $195,000, it is basically the same to the seller.

From the buyer's perspective it comes down to whether the buyer pays a little more in their monthly payment with the higher price which includes the closing costs or whether the buyer has a lower payment but needs to pay $5,000 out-of-pocket at closing. Buyer's need to decide which is more important, not having to pay as much at closing or having a lower monthly mortgage payment.
